“The presence of Futsal is already there in Mizoram but we needed an organized structure and this workshop aimed to tutor us in that”, said Mizoram Football Association’s General Secretary and AIFF's Executive Committee member Lalnghinglova Hmar.

“It has been a very fruitful workshop and with participants from all spheres of life in Mizoram the sport of Futsal is certainly going to develop in the coming years”

“The Workshop was also a ground preparation to boost the growth of Futsal as the topography of Mizoram does not provide flattened 11v11 grounds and thus small sided games are very popular in the area”, he added.
