The Under-16 age group team is eligible to participate in the Asian Football Confederation U-16 Women’s Championship (subject to qualification).

The 2 finalists of the AFC Women’s U-16 Championship will get an automatic qualification to the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

This team may also include some players from the U-15 Women’s National Team.
