The success of Women’s Football is high on the Federation’s list ...
This team consists of 2003-born players, who are currently going through the transitional phase between the U-16 and the U-19 age-group categories and are being coached by Shuvendu Panda.
The current batch is training out of their base in Bhubaneswar, where the Government of Odisha as part of the MoU with All India Football Federation has chipped in to provide state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure for the overall development of the team.
The squad is based at the Kalinga Stadium, which has been the home venue for the Indian Arrows for the 2018-19 season of the Hero I-League. The venue also has floodlight facilities allowing the squad to train under the lights on a regular basis.
