Role Overview:

The Grassroots Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of grassroots football development programmes and initiatives. The role will work closely with stakeholders, including state associations, academies, schools, clubs, and other partners, to promote and expand grassroots football participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Will work under the leadership of the Grassroots Manager and coordinate with the Technical Department in implementing grassroots football initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with Member Associations, Clubs, Academies, Schools, and other stakeholders for the smooth execution of grassroots programs.
• Assist in planning and implementing the Blue Cubs and other Grassroots initiatives across Member Associations and AIFF-FIFA Talent Academies.
• Coordinate the implementation of AIFF Blue Cubs activities, festivals, leagues, and promotional events.
• Support the planning and organization of Blue Cubs workshops, education programs, and coach development activities.
• Maintain and regularly update the Blue Cubs database and other program records and update to the reporting manager on the regular basis.
• Monitor and compile participation data, activity reports, and program outcomes from Member Associations and implementing partners.
• Assist in achieving the objectives and reporting requirements related to the AFC Grassroots Charter and other grassroots development programs.
