Role Overview:

 The Youth League Management Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day match operations and monitoring of Match Commissioners during AIFF Youth League competitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day match operations of the Youth League.
  • Act as the primary support point for Match Commissioners on match days.
  • Guide Match Commissioners on match-day procedures, reporting requirements and AIFF regulations.
  • Monitor Match Commissioner reports and ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Review reports for completeness, accuracy and compliance, and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist Match Commissioners in resolving operational issues before, during and after matches.
  • Coordinate with and guide clubs and Match Commissioners on match-day requirements.
  • Monitor incidents, protests, venue issues, medical matters, disciplinary matters and other match-related occurrences.
  • Escalate significant operational or regulatory issues to the Youth League Competitions Coordinator.
  • Maintain match-day records, reports and operational trackers.
  • Provide operational support to Match Commissioners wherever required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital reporting systems.

Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in football competitions, match operations, sports administration or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Match Commissioner experience.
  • Experience in AIFF and AFC will be an added advantage.
