Role Overview 

The Youth League Competitions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, administration and smooth execution of AIFF Youth League competitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Youth League competitions, fixtures and schedules.
• Coordinate with clubs, academies, State Associations and internal AIFF departments.
• Monitor team/player registration, eligibility, transfers, renewals and CMS activities.
• Ensure clubs comply with AIFF regulations, deadlines and competition requirements.
• Coordinate match-day operations, Match Commissioners and other stakeholders.
• Handle fixture changes, protests, disciplinary matters and operational issues.
• Maintain competition records, trackers and reports.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Experience

3–5 years in Sports/Football competitions or Sports Administration
