Reporting To: Head of Operation – Leagues / COO, IFL
Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning, operational delivery, and execution of all competition related activities for IFL 2025–26.
• Coordinate scheduling, fixtures, matchday operations, and logistical arrangements.
• Liaise with participating clubs on competition requirements, venue readiness, team accreditation, and matchday protocols.
• Manage AIFF CMS and details.
• Ensure compliance with AIFF and IFL competition regulations.
• Address and resolve competition-related operational issues swiftly.
• Provide periodic reports on competition progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in league competition operations, ideally within football or a major sporting event.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting capabilities.
