About the Role
The Academy Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the FIFA Talent Academies across India. This role will ensure that all academies operate efficiently, maintain high performance and welfare standards, and deliver on the objectives of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS). The position involves close coordination with academy staff, AIFF Member Associations, state governments, sponsors and key stakeholders to manage operations, recruitment, logistics, and performance monitoring, while ensuring the academies provide an optimal environment for player development.

Who Should Apply
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in academy management, football operations, or sports project management.
Strong organisational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
Data-driven approach to monitoring and improving operations.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of managing databases.
Preferred Skills & Background:
Direct experience in managing football academies or elite youth sports programs.
Knowledge of scouting systems, player development pathways, and performance analytics.
Experience working with AIFF Member Associations, professional clubs, or sports federations.
Familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
