Overview:
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill
the role of Performance Systems Manager. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, this
key position will be responsible for driving performance excellence across all levels of football
in India. The Performance Systems Manager will lead the implementation of advanced
programs and software solutions to enhance player and team performance, contributing to
the overall technical and development strategies for Indian football.
Responsibilities:

  1. Lead aspects of performance support across national teams (Men’s and Women’s), player
    development programs.
  2. Develop and implement performance enhancement strategies aligned with the goals and
    objectives set forth by the Technical Director and the AIFF.
  3. Oversee the integration and utilization of advanced software solutions and technologies to
    optimize player and team performance.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Technical Director and Head of Player Development to ensure
    that performance support initiatives align with the technical vision and objectives of Indian
    football.
  5. Drive the implementation of the Football Pathways Plan, leveraging performance systems
    and technologies to support transformational change in Indian football.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of performance
    support programs and initiatives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to clubs to improve their performance support provision for
    players.
  8. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in performance systems, sports science,
    and technology to continuously enhance the AIFF’s performance support framework.
  9. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the
    performance support team.
    Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of performance systems, including the use of software solutions and
    applications for data analysis, athlete monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field is
    preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance support roles within the field of sports, preferably
    football.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make
  • evidence-based decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating teams to
    achieve organizational goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse
    stakeholders.
  • Passion for football and a commitment to driving excellence in Indian football development.
