The new hire will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the FIFA Talent Development Program in collaboration with the Talent Coach, Academy in Bhubaneshwar, and FIFA TDS Teams. The role involves creating and managing a comprehensive project plan, establishing effective communication channels, and ensuring successful execution within established timelines. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating coordination among key stakeholders to drive the development of football talent in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with FIFA TDS Team:

Collaborate closely with the FIFA TDS team and the FIFA Talent Coach to understand the objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators of the FIFA Talent Development Program. Maintain regular communication with the FIFA TDS team to provide updates on project progress, discuss challenges, and seek input for continuous improvement.

Academy Coordination:

Work closely with the AIFF-FIFA Academy in Bhubaneshwar to align their programs and activities with the FIFA TDS objectives. Foster a collaborative environment between the Academy and FIFA TDS Teams to ensure seamless integration of talent development initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels between all stakeholders, including the AIFF, FIFA TDS Teams, Talent Coach, and Academy personnel. Organize regular meetings, workshops, and update sessions to facilitate information exchange and foster a cohesive team environment.

Project Planning:

Develop a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the FIFA Talent Development Program. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Timeline Management:

Monitor and track project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines. Proactively identify and address potential delays or roadblocks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and key decisions. Ensure that all project documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports for AIFF management, FIFA TDS Teams, and other relevant stakeholders on the progress of the FIFA Talent Development Program. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
