NEW DELHI: The India U17 women’s team were held to a 0-0 draw by Uzbekistan in the first of two closed-door friendly matches at the UFA National Football Centre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

India will meet Uzbekistan again on Sunday, August 30, at 19:30 IST.

The Young Tigresses are preparing for the AFC U17 Asian Cup China 2027 Qualifiers, which will be held in Malaysia from October 5 to 11.
