NEW DELHI: A five-member Club Licensing Committee will be meeting at the All India Football Federation Headquarters, the Football House on August 2, 2013.

The Committee being appointed by AIFF for the first time will include I-League CEO Mr. Sunando Dhar, FIFA Regional Developmental Officer for South and Central Asia Dr. Shaji Prabhakaran, Advocate Mr. Ushanath Banerjee, Dr. Girija Mungali, Former CEO (special projects), Venky’s, and Mr. Punkaj Jain Partner, Punkaj Oswal & Associates, Chartered Accountants.  

The objective of this first-of-its kind meet is to take a call on the 14 applications from the Clubs taking part in the I-League 2013-14 Season, the Federation Cup and AFC Club Competitions.
