NEW DELHI: As per the All India Football Federation Emergency Committee decisions taken on May 27, 2013 Clubs interested to participate in the 2^nd Division League for 2013-14 season need to submit their Applications through their respective State Associations latest by July 15, 2013.

There have been significant changes made in I-League’s second-tier Competition and all participating clubs would be required to fulfill the AFC Club Licensing Criteria. The 2^nd Division League will kick-off in November 2013.
