NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has commenced the AFC Pro Diploma Course, with Module 1 currently being conducted at South United FC, Bengaluru, from January 23 to February 1, 2026.
This is the first instance of the AFC Pro Diploma Course being delivered by Indian Coach Educators. The course is led by Mr. Vivek Nagul, Head of Coach Development at AIFF, who is serving as the Lead Coach Educator. Mr. Sajid Dar is the Assistant Coach Educator.
The course has 18 participants, comprising coaches from across India — Mohan Suresh Dass, Nivetha Ramadoss, Sameer Samsiddhin Shaikh, Mangesh Desai, Biby Thomas Muttath, Sachin Badadhe, Nallappan Mohanraj, Subrata Paul, Anthony Andrews, Mahesh Gawali, Uttam Singh Negi, Crispin Chettri, Joakim Alexandersson, Harpreet Singh, Amogh Adige, Paromita Sit, Jo Paul Ancheri, and Samir Naik.
The AFC Pro Diploma Course is a year-long programme consisting of five modules, including one international study excursion module.
