AIFF is committed to building a key strong support structure of Refereeing, with special focus on human capital through conducting development activities in grassroots, youth development, and professional matches to share the updated Laws of the Game (LOTG) knowledge and implementation of same across all levels.

The AIFF conducts referee development courses based on a 8-Level system. Level 8 being the entry level and Level 1 being the top tier i.e FIFA Match Officials.
