All India Football Federation is looking to hire a qualified professional to join as Administration Assistant, at Football House, Dwarka.
Key Deliverables:
| Payroll Management & Employee Medical Benefits Management | |
| 1 | Manage the payroll process by ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes. |
| 2 | Process Payroll on time and accurately, including calculating and verifying employee hours, taxes, deductions, and benefits. |
| 3 | Handle any payroll-related inquires and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. |
| 4 | Ensure compliance with state and country law related to payroll and taxes in coordination with the Payroll management Vendors. |
| 5 | Managing employee medical benefits, including enrollment and eligibility verification. |
| 6 | Processing medical claims and ensuring timely reimbursement. |
| 7 | Coordinating with insurance providers and healthcare providers to resolve any issues or concerns. |
| 8 | Assisting employees in understanding their medical benefits and answering any related queries. |
| 9 | Process PF and ESI matters in consultation with Payroll /PF consultants and provide all necessary inputs to them |
| Employee Attendance Management | |
| 10 | Maintain accurate attendance records and ensuring compliance with company policies. |
| 11 | Managing employee leave requests and approvals. |
| 12 | Providing regular attendance reports to Chief of Governance & Administration. |
| 13 | Responding to employee queries to related to attendance and leave management. |
| Day to Day Deliverables | |
| 14 | Providing administrative support to the HR manager in various HR functions. |
| 15 | Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, preparing zoom-links for interviews, and participating in all the interview assessments. |
| 16 | Maintain employee records and update employee database. |
| 17 | Assisting in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives. |
| 18 | Files /Record management of Administration Department including Correspondence Management with States. |
| 19 | Managing AIFF Central Mail ID. |
| 20 | Annual General Meeting related correspondence and Affiliation matters of State associations |
