All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage the India U-16 and U-19 National Team. Selected candidate will assist the respective team training programs and managing the team’s training/match activities to help create a competitive and winning team.

Key Deliverables

1Responsible for ensuring all functional and administrative requirements of the National Team Camp/Exposures/Competitions are met adequately, thus helping the team and staff to perform to the highest standards and focus on technical matters/football development. 
2Working closely with the AIFF Women’s Department to coordinate on all aspects of the team like, provide team lists of Camp with all necessary details, exposure, Tournament/Qualifiers plans, documents to meet FIFA/AFC/SAI/MYAS guidelines etc. as per deadlines.
3Establish a good working relationship with the team staff, external and internal stakeholders of AIFF for smooth functioning of the National Team camp activities.
4Responsible for maintaining attendance sheets, travel plan(domestic/International), collection of all necessary documentary proofs of team, inventory maintenance of training equipment and other kit components and maintain records of the kits received and distributed
5Maintain and furnish a database of all relevant documents related to any training camp/competition to enable them to submit to the Accounts Department or the auditors whenever necessary.
6Provide feedback and support to players to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
7.Close coordination with Team Coaching/medical support staffs to ensure the smooth conduct of the event

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Graduation, Post-Graduation or qualification related to sports will be treated as additional.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at the national or international level with sound knowledge of football regulations, match day operations etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational qualities.
  • The ability to lead a team while maintaining team unity.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willing to work flexi hours, including evenings and weekends.
