12 Oct 2016

ISL Media Team

FC Pune City will be looking for their second successive win in the 2016 Hero Indian Super League on Wednesday when they host NorthEast United FC at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex Stadium in Balewadi. The Stallions head into the match on the back of a 2-1 win against FC Goa. NorthEast, on the other hand, will want to get back to winning ways after a 1-0 defeat to Mumbai in their last game bought an end to their two-match winning streak.

Head-to-head: Pune have had the better of the Highlanders so far having won two out of four matches. The Stallions beat NorthEast 1-0 at home and drew 0-0 away in Hero ISL 2014. Pune also beat the Highlanders 1-0 at home last season but lost 3-2 away in Guwahati.
