Mumbai FC rope in Climax Lawrence, Anwar Ali

Former India Internationals Climax Lawrence and Anwar Ali have joined Mumbai FC, a Press Statement from the Club informed.

While Climax switched allegiance from Goan giants Dempo SC where the former Indian Captain spent seven years, Anwar Ali joined Mumbai FC from United Sikkim.

“I am happy to be a part of Mumbai FC. It is an honour for me to play for this club, and for the great fans. I am looking forward to it,” Climax said.

“I am delighted to come to Mumbai. This would be a new challenge for me personally. I love this city and its people so it would be great if I can give some happiness back to them,” Ali quipped.
