FC Goa go up against FC Pune City in their first home match of Hero Indian Super League 2016 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda on Saturday. Both sides head into the game on the back of losses in their opening fixture of the season. The Gaurs lost their season opener 2-0 to NorthEast United FC, while the Stallions were beaten 1-0 by Mumbai City FC. Saturday's encounter will also be the first time FC Goa will be playing in Fatorda after their heart-breaking loss against Chennaiyin FC in the final of Hero ISL 2015.

Head-to-head: The Gaurs and the Stallions have featured together in four matches so far. They drew 1-1 in Goa and 2-2 in Pune in Hero ISL 2015. Hero ISL 2014 saw both Pune and Goa win their home games 2-0 against each other.
