The Indian Super League is entering a new era, a club-led model, a fresh operating structure, and a genuine opportunity to shape the future of professional football in India.

We're looking for a League CEO to lead this transition and build the ISL into a sustainable, high-quality football league.

Role Overview

The League CEO will provide strategic leadership to drive the league’s growth, commercial success, and effective governance under the new club-led model. The role will lead the league’s operations and represent it with clubs, AIFF, commercial partners, and other key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the league's overall strategy, commercial direction, and governance under the new club-led model
• Represent the league with clubs, AIFF, broadcasters, sponsors, and international stakeholders
• Build a lean, high-performing league office from the ground up

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in sports, media, or a related commercial industry including experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• A genuine passion for growing Indian football
