We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer to run the machinery that makes every matchday, every season, and every club interaction work.

Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will lead the day-to-day operations of the league, ensuring the smooth planning and execution of all competitions and matchday activities. The role is responsible for coordinating with clubs, officials, and key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with league regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end league operations: fixtures, match-day standards, compliance, and club coordination
• Build and manage relationships with clubs, venues, and match officials
• Set up the operational systems and processes the new league office needs from scratch

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in football, events, or a comparable fast-moving industry
• Strong organisational skills
•  Comfort working across many stakeholders at once
• A hands-on, builder's mindset — this is a role that starts with a blank page
