The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is inviting passionate football supporters from across India to step forward and join the Blue Crew — our official volunteer squad for the 2025–26 season.

This is your opportunity to be at the heart of AIFF football competitions and events — including matches, training courses, seminars, festivals, and official meetings — and help create unforgettable experiences for participants, officials, and fans alike.

What is the Blue Crew?

The Blue Crew is the driving force behind smooth, world-class delivery of AIFF events. From welcoming participants and guiding guests to ensuring seamless operations, our volunteers are the backbone of Indian football’s biggest occasions.

Where You Can Join

We are recruiting volunteers across all host cities where AIFF competitions and events take place — including but not limited to Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Odisha, Chandigarh, Aizawl, Imphal, Shillong, Srinagar, Kalyani, Kozhikode, and more.
