Head of Coach Development

All India Football Federation is looking to hire a qualified professional to join as Head of Coach Development at Football House, Dwarka, New Delhi

Key Deliverables:

1Implement a progressive coach development pathway for tutor/coaches.
2Introduce a coach education curriculum linking to the different stages of the player development.
3The course syllabus and training content are closely linked to our “playing philosophy.
4 In consultation with the technical director introduce a simplified “coach licensing system”.
5Organize courses and workshop to empower the technical staff in the various states MA.
6Maintain a database of accredited coaches at different levels in our web site.
7Introduce a “code of conduct” for practicing coaches.
8Institute a panel to nominate technicians for regional and international courses, conferences, workshops, events etc. ……
9Identify and maintain a talented pool of young coaches for enhanced development.
10Explore the possibility of linking with a distinguished educational institution for the conducting of future “A and “Pro” Diploma.

Qualifications:

  1. Has an “A” Diploma.

  11. Explore the possibility of linking with a distinguished educational institution for the conducting of future “A and “Pro” Diploma.
