The new hire will be reporting to the Technical Director and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the Technical Department. This role involves managing day-to-day football operations, with a focus on projects such as the FIFA TDS Program, Futsal, and Beach Soccer, excluding Coach Education and Grassroots initiatives.
Lead and coordinate the implementation of projects within the Technical Department, including but not limited to the FIFA TDS Program, Futsal, and Beach Soccer.
FIFA TDS Program:
Ensure effective execution and compliance with FIFA TDS (Transfer Matching System) requirements. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to streamline player transfers and related documentation.
Futsal and Beach Soccer:
Oversee the planning and execution of Futsal and Beach Soccer programs, in collaboration with the relevant teams and partners. Coordinate competitions, events, and activities related to Futsal and Beach Soccer development.
Manage day-to-day football operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks within the Technical Department. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations related to the assigned projects.
Coordinate with different domain heads within the Technical Department to manage budgets associated with the FIFA TDS Program, Futsal, and Beach Soccer projects. Ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines.
Build and maintain effective relationships with FIFA/AFC, State FAs, and other relevant stakeholders. Facilitate communication and cooperation to achieve project objectives.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities. Generate regular reports outlining project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about FIFA/AFC regulations, guidelines, and other relevant standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all projects within the Technical Department.
