Key Deliverables:

IT Networking Management:
1	Manage the IT network at premise and related devices (Routers / Switches / Computers & Laptops).
2	Troubleshoot issues related to IT Network & Devices.
3	To Ensure right security infrastructure in place for our IT Network and Devices
Vendor Management
8	Manage work relationship with our Vendors
9	Crisis Management through ‘Vendor Coordination & Communication’, bringing required vendors and related parties on single platform to ensure resolution of the issue
10	Create evaluation frameworks for “Vendor Selection & Evaluation”
IT Services Management
11	Ensuring procurement and availability of required IT services and devices to our staff
12	Ticket Management to ensure a structured process to manage IT related requests from our staff and customers
Football Technology Infrastructure Management
13	To have a good understanding of our complete IT Application Infrastructure
14	End-to-End management of all our IT Applications in coordination with our IT Development Vendor
15	Administrative Management of our IT servers
Data Management & Protection
16	Data Storage and accessibility to required stakeholders as per our policies and procedures
17	Access Management’ for application data
18	Ensuring right practices in place around Data Protection and Security

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Having professional experience is not a mandatory requirement, while hands-on experience and projects around the JD will be discussed in detail.
