All India Football Federation is looking to hire a qualified professional to join as Administration Assistant, at Football House, Dwarka.

Key Deliverables:

Payroll Management & Employee Medical Benefits Management  
1Manage the payroll process by ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes.
2Process Payroll on time and accurately, including calculating and verifying employee hours, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
3Handle any payroll-related inquires and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
4Ensure compliance with state and country law related to payroll and taxes in coordination with the Payroll management Vendors.
5Managing employee medical benefits, including enrollment and eligibility verification.
6Processing medical claims and ensuring timely reimbursement.
7Coordinating with insurance providers and healthcare providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
8Assisting employees in understanding their medical benefits and answering any related queries.
9Process PF and ESI matters in consultation with Payroll /PF consultants and provide all necessary inputs to them
Employee Attendance Management  
10Maintain accurate attendance records and ensuring compliance with company policies. 
11Managing employee leave requests and approvals.
12Providing regular attendance reports to Chief of Governance & Administration.
13Responding to employee queries to related to attendance and leave management.
Day to Day Deliverables  
14Providing administrative support to the HR manager in various HR functions.
15Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, preparing zoom-links for interviews, and participating in all the interview assessments.
16Maintain employee records and update employee database.
17Assisting in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
18Files /Record management of Administration Department including Correspondence Management with States.
19Managing AIFF Central Mail ID.
20Annual General Meeting related correspondence and Affiliation matters of State associations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience as office/ administration assistant
  • 3-4 years of experience in working with MS-Excel.
