All India Football Federation is looking to hire a qualified professional to join as Talent Identification Coordinator at Football House, Dwarka.

Key Deliverables:

1	To have a weekly meeting with TD to update him on all activities under TDS.
2	Will co-ordinate with external experts in the implementation of FIFA ad AFC technical initiatives.
3	Formulate and implement a “scout and scouting” program.
4	Implement a “talent identification” program which will be sustainable.
5	Be working with a dedicated “high performance” specialist.
6	Organize an “elite youth coach” workshop.
7	To manage and coordinate specific elements of the “Project Diamond”
8	Developing required manuals, presentations, plans, etc. for the planning and implementation of the “Project Diamond”

Qualifications:

Has an “A” Diploma
Have 3-5 years of minimum experience of working in a Talent Development Academy and or program.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Talent Identification and Development.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of MS office and basics of Game and Player Analytics (Data science).
The ideal candidate will be below 45 years of age.
