All India Football Federation is looking to hire a qualified professional to join as Manager, Women’s National team at Football House, Dwarka.

Key Deliverables:

1	Will work under the leadership of the Women’s department.
2	Responsible for the development of Women’s nation team.
3	Must have sound knowledge and real-time experience working in football ecosystem.
4	Responsible for coordination, planning and support with state associations.
5	Will be responsible for leading National team’s ongoing projects.
6	Will be responsible for budgeting and planning for National team’s developmental projects.
7	Introduce a “Talent Scouting” process substantiated by data and incorporating technology.
8	Liaise with competition department to align the age and most of competition to sync with our coaching courses and international practices.
9	Formulate a “Code of Conduct” for our academy player and staff.
10	Schedule periodic visit of meals, housekeeping, mentoring of technical and office staff, training equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any domain and master’s degree in Sport’s science management.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in sport’s industry.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office is required.
• Coaching licensing background is a bonus
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
