NEW DELHI: Producing good coaches who in turn produce sterling players is a subtle art in the game of Football. Therefore, the All India Football Federation is proud to announce that one of its Coaches, Francisco Bruto Da Costa, has successfully passed the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) Professional Coaching Diploma Course under the AFC Coach Asia Batch 2014/15.

The AFC Professional Coaching Diploma Course is a five module programme engineered to tutor the participants in the modern trends of Football, making it imperative for development of a Coach.

Congratulating Francisco, AIFF’s Technical Director Scott O’Donell said, “My best wishes to Francisco and I wish him all the very best in his professional Coaching career ahead. Successfully completing the Course will broaden his Coaching philosophy and help become a better Coach.

“The AFC Coach Asia Course provided Francisco with great opportunities to learn from some excellent coach educators such as AFC Technical Director Andy Roxburgh and Richard Bate. Now he must now transfer what he has learnt to the talented players he is currently working with in India”

“I would like to thank AFC for this initiative and look forward to having more Indian coaches participate in the future”, he concluded.
