Not only his sturdy presence in the box which gives India an edge but his headers which find the target put India in a comfortable position very often. In the absence of Sunil Chhetri, Jhingan led the Blue Tigers in the Hero Tri-nation Tournament and lifted the trophy at the Andheri Football Arena in Mumbai.
