An all-action midfielder with plenty of experience in his legs, Glan Martins has only recently made a mark in the Indian National Team setup.
Martins started his professional career in 2014, playing for SESA Football Academy, right before making the switch to Sporting Goa in 2015 in the Hero I-League. In 2019, Martins changed clubs and joined the Churchill Brothers, and started impressing everyone with his performances. ATK Mohun Bagan from the Hero ISL came calling in 2020, but Martins jumped ship to FC Goa in a short time.
During this journey in the domestic circuit, Martins caught the eye of national team coach Igor Stimac. Martins made his debut for India on 3rd June 2021 against Qatar.
