NEW DELHI: Former Indian captain and international footballer Bhaichung Bhutia is attending the AFC C License course being conducted by the Football Players Association of India (FPAI) in Siliguri, West Bengal. The duration of the course is from August 20 till 1st September 1, 2017.
Bhaichug Bhutia the sole Indian player to play over 100 international matches is attending the course as part of his quest to help the growth of Indian football. AFC Instructor Mr. Mariano Dias is conducting the course with Mr. Parthasarathy Thulasi assisting him.
The AFC C License Course aims at training Coaches and developing their basic techniques and skills in football. It is designed to teach the Coaches to organise, direct and conduct basic Coaching practices targeting especially young players.
