Head of Referees for State Associations Seminar kicks-off at AIFF HQ

NEW DELHI: The All India Football Federation organized Head of Referees (HOR) for State Associations Seminar kicked-off at the AIFF Headquarters in Dwarka, New Delhi today (May 26, 2016).

The two-day seminar, which concludes tomorrow (May 27, 2016), aids in the evolution of referees of a particular State Association by drafting out a detailed roadmap for development. 21 Head of Referees of their respective State Associations are attending the seminar, which also aims to educate the participants in the minute technicalities of Refereeing.

“The HOR (Head of Referees) Seminar will help us to assess the problems which the Referees are facing in their respective State Associations and chalk out a solution for that”, said, AIFF’s Head of Referees Department, Col. (Retd.), Goutam Kar.

“The Seminar focuses on the assessment of Refereeing across the Nation through State Associations and the overall development of Refereeing in the Nation”, Kar added.
