The following has been decided by the AIFF Appeal Committee Meeting held on 16th June 10 at AIFF Football House Dwarka New Delhi :
Dempo SC Goa : A fine of Rs 2 Lakh needs to be paid by the Dempo SC .
The Appeal committee imposed the cost of Rs 50,000/- over and above the fine on Dempo SC.
Both the fine and the cost should be paid by the Club in 15 days from receipt of the letter.
Sporting clube de Goa :
The committee upheld the decisions taken earlier by the Disciplinary Committee after perusing the documents.
The suspension of 12 months period of Mr Ryan Valles was upheld.
The fine of Rs 2 Lakh needs to be paid by the Sporting clube de Goa.
The Appeal committee imposed the cost of Rs 20,000/- over and above the fine on Sporting clube de Goa.
Both the fine and the cost should be paid by the Club in 15 days from receipt of the letter.
Haryana Football Association:
The suspension for a period of 12 months on Coach Mr Keshav Dutt and Manager Mr Hans Raj would remain for a period of 12 months. This suspension is confined to activities of Haryana Football Association.
With regard to the players Mr Yogesh ,Navdeep ,Jaipal,Bachhan ,Mr Dheeraj and Mr Deepak Narval,the suspension from all the Football activities is reduced to six months.
The fine of Rs 20,000/-imposed on Haryana Football Association was upheld by the Appeals Committee. In this connection, Haryana Football Association is being given strong warning that if any such incident is repeated by anyone of its teams ,or by Haryana Football Association in future ,the said team will be debarred from playing for a period of one year.
