Sporting Clube de Goa clinched U-19 Football Tournament for I-League teams by getting better of East Bengal 4-2 on penalties in the final played at the Kolkata here on Monday.
In a thrilling and gripping encounter, both the teams were locked goalless in the scheduled time as well as extra time forcingthe winner to be decided on  tie-breaker. Sporting Clube de Goa as well as East Bengal have been in impressive forms right from the outset of the tournament but, in the end it was Sporting, who kept their cool and converted four out of four spot kick, while East Bengal just managed two out of four spot kick taken.
